All the mess was created by both garewals & vivan who refused to leave katha alone for sometime due to which aarav heard everything. even all that drama of shooting happened because of garewals. katha shud have ideally cut off all ties with them.
Aarav shud also know the whole truth that his grandfather left him to die too & dint give treatment money due to which his mother had to work extra & was tortured
And how much does he even know? im sure he dint understand what exactly happened -reg spending a night together for money. Katha cud have just told him that vivaan as a boss was troubling her & professionally torturing her during aaravs treatment & dint give her loan too. And they became friends later after he came to know what she was facing.

And the best option for katha at the time of gun pointing was to tell mr garewal & that senseless mubola brother of her, that they were equally responsible for what happened & he has no right to blame vivan or point a gun at him. things wud have settled down there. but no she wont ever blame her in laws who left her & her son to die even when its a qn of someone loosing their life
