But just rehne lage seema ke saath and had a baby then relationship is not legal and we can say it was an Extra marital affair..but whole story still is not done yet ..thus no comment from my side yet but teju and Farah definitely made things worse for sure ..read a spoiler that teju hit on seemas head and after that she has dementia..so far seems to me teju is greedy woman ,unsecured, selfish etc kind of lady and Farah is the same ..so they can harm seema for sure 👍

these half divorce situations are seriously confusing. let me share what is happening on the ground these days. the moment someone sends a legal notice of intent to divorce, men as well as women start looking at their options for personal life. they start dating or going through arranged marriage route. parents are also on board with this.

I know of one family where this girl (officially divorced for a few years now) is engaged to a guy who is still going through his divorce. all of us were a bit concerned but all this happened with the arranged marriage route with parents on board. the girl's parents have been advised not to proceed further than engagement till his divorce officially comes through. now how would we read that technically?

one of my friends is active in the dating scene and she meets guys who are half divorced and openly state where they are still in the process. none of them think it is cheating or affair or anything like that. as far as they are concerned, once the legal proceedings have been given, the relationship was dead in the water and they are free to find someone else.

some don't even bother with the technicalities of getting a full divorce and get married with parents and society onboard. all of this makes my head spin but my take is that this is all grey area...

to be honest, bigamy under these situations confuse me.

so I was reading in the paper of this case. the guy died while working in a govt job. so he was eligible for pension and other dues. his first wife claimed it and so did the second wife. the judge awarded the pension and dues to the second wife as they had been married for a number of years and was accepted by the friends and family as the 'wife'. the first wife fought within the first two years and left. it was messy to say the least. so years later, she came back to claim and the judge said it was act of revenge. she didn't get a single paisa. the second wife and kids did. I was surprised to read this but these articles are so small that you don't get a sense of how the law and judgement is arrived at.

similarly, heard of this guy who was the child from second family. obviously first wife and kids have anger and irritation but the father lived with his second family for years. when he died, most of his wealth went to second wife and children. he had given what he wanted to first wife's children but much of it was for his second family. since everything was written in will, there was nothing to contest.

under the current laws, bigamy is not accepted but still few decades ago, all sorts of things were happening and no one seemed to have a problem is my impression. was second marriage legal or not maybe depended more on the in-laws accepting you or not it seems.

We know maths, age, years etc. go for toss in TV serials,🤪 but still.

Earthcon celebrated 50 years anniversary recently. So if founder architect Viraj was still alive, he must be atleast 73-74 years aged now. 😛

This hints (as I mentioned in another EDT), Viraj might have been about 40 years when Teji gave birth to Viaan.Indicates Viraj married late in those times & Teji married a successful architect, a rich businessman Viraj. If they both fell apart love within few years of marriage, means their son Viaan could be some 5-6 years boy by then?

Using word victim seems inappropriate, here both Teji & Seema were educated & matured women who made some choices & decisions around Viraj,😳 whatever be those, their respective children faced traumatic childhoods NOT normal ones. Since Viraj had sudden death, both mom's are responsible for not putting Viaan & Vanya thru some counselling / therapy sessions stating them only truths by not hiding past things. 😒Their kids life could have been much better then, with less prejudices & bitterness.
