My b-school research prof used to give us an example: one evng a man drinks whiskey with water and feels tipsy. The next evng he drinks rum with water and feels tipsy. The third evng he drinks vodka with water and feels tipsy. So he concludes it must be the water.
Like that, Katha seems to be concluding it must be something about her, she may be slipping into self-doubt. But the real common causal factor (like the alcohol in the 3 drinks) is the controlling, self-centred, ‘quick to blame others but oblivious to self’ nature of both PapaG & Nightie mama.

The way Katha behaves with Viaan, most of the time is unacceptable. It feels like she is doing him a favor working in his company and the company will crash if she leaves.
