We would love him as anything - but Rock star because he can use his dancing skills as well as huge stage presence. Also lover and tragic hero. Actually his first role should be something like that of SRK in Deewana (with Rishi Kapoor)- in which he became a great hit. So if any producers or directors are reading this -please keep that in mind.

i always love him as rockstar....for a change i would love to see him as a coach....a soccer coach or a hockey coach or even a cricket coach since he is a sportsman in real life too

even srk did a coach role in chak de india when he has done a role of a super loverboy raj and rahul as well as a devdas too...

so KP can do a role of coach he will be looking cool....

Karan is very urban- Rock Star, lover, in anguish, joking and fun loving- he is the closest to the versatile Shah Rukh and I think would make his real successor if he gets a chance- all others like Ranbir etc etc are nobodys compared to him.
