I think she is being referred as Chawla by Devika as she does not even want to recognise or remember that she was once married to her son!!! She dislikes Kasturi that much!
And as for Raunak, he himself has changed his last name, so no sense in caling Kasturi by his old last name, when he does not want that name associated with him.
