Sahara One promises a bouquet of exciting serials and reality shows. Among then, one to watch out for is Ajai Sinha's Anchhui, Nikki Aneja's comeback vehicle.This is a story about two sisters who stay away from each other. The elder one is based in England and the younger one in India. There is a step mother who does not want them to meet each other. The father is a renowned business tycoon and the step mother wants her own daughter to be the heir of the business empire.

Bai Bole Toh Gangubai

A new emotional comedy show from Smriti Irani's Ugrya Entertainment. The show will revolve around Gangubai's life and how she tries to solve the problems of various families living in the society. Gangubai will be a typical Maharashtrian wearing nauvari sari in the show. Varsha Usgaonkar is likely to play the bai in this half hour weekend prime-time show.

Chhoo Mantar

Chhoo Mantar, a talent hunt show that will find India's first best magician if you please. Magicians PC Sorkar and Gopinath Muthukad are going to be part of the show. Will they wave their magic wand to get the TRPs…?

On Sunday, January 6, Sahara Filmy launches a brand new Quiz Show Bollywood Ka Boss, based on Bollywood. The show will be hosted by Boman Irani.

Kaho Na Yaar Hai

Not the one to be left behind Star Plus will launch its own chat show Kaho Na Yaar Hai early this year, to be hosted by Karan Patel.
