@robina: Finally u came🤗 Congrats once again.

My disappointments with devika yesterday:

1. Why did not she stop kasturi when she realised what she was upto. Why did she have to come running like a school child complaining to the teacher what kasturi was doing to robbie

She could have grabbed a fire extinguisher or better still locked up kasturi in the burning cottage and let her take the heat (keep in mind guys kasturi always wears fire proof sarees, so she wont be harmed just in case anyone cares).😕😆😆

2. But my biggest disappointment was with the suhaag raat scenes.
(a) If no suhaag raat had taken place before and she knew it what was the point in sending roka to a honeymoon.😕

(b) Shouldnt she have known better that suhaag raat would have been the last thing in robbie's mind. What was she expecting robbie would jump into the bed with kasturi. In her anger for kasturi, she ended up hurting robbie more and got him more upset & disturbed.

And lastly why are DeKa constantly saying how much they care for each other etc. etc...., arry itna to maine Raka or Roka ko bhi kehte nahin dekha. 😕😆😆

I think Devika needed to have a appreciation thread dedicated to her, she's one awesome character 👏
This whole DeKa (god first it was Roka, Raka and now Deka wats next😆😆 ) battle thing in my opinion as I said in the other thread is just heating up, Kas may have gotten through the first few rounds she still has no idea wat her dear Devika mom is capable of. Even though she didn't react to Kasturi doesn't mean she's got nothing going on in her head😉. Its going to be interesting wat she does.

@may.. let me tell u who's the next in this list and the next jodi in this list is rob&dev so keep watching 😆 but both r my fav character

Coming to point ..what is wrong with ur devika yaar ..usne kastu ko kyu nahi roka 😕 main devika ki jagah hoti toh kass ke slap karti iss kastu mai ko 😡 😡 but devika sirf stop stop karti hi reh gayi 😕 mujhe devika se umeed thi ki yee robbie ko uss chandi chowk se jaroor bachayegi ..par mujhe lagta hia ki kastu ka kaha sach kar degi yee devika ki u are old 😆 mujhe nahi maloom tum devika ko kaho ki kuch bhi ho hamare robbie ko bacha 😭 inn saas bahu ke chakker meh robbie fas gaya hai 😭

@shwetha i think you and i can apreciate the will power it took from devika not to react to kasturi's pagallpan, but as i mentined earlier that kasutri is already doing what devika wants her to do and that is robbie and kasturi ke beech itnih nafaart hoi ke woh ek doosreah ki shaakal deekhna na paasandh kareh...for kasturi is slowly but surly burning all her bridges that lead to robbie, now dheekh na yeah baaqui hai will robbie ever forgive kasturi for what she is doing...and thanks sweetie for the hugs. right back at you

@may hey good to see you here, and i luved what you wrote for truly i think you hit it on the nail that deka is the next big couple in the serial😆 lets see if they have better luck with the lasting part... no other couple seems to last around this serial😕

@fanNo1 so true i luv the chemistry btw mother and son they can truly be wicked at times i miss the first month of this serial terribly...

Even I was wondering why is there hay in the cottage. I still strongly feel devika must have deliberately kept it to instigate kasturi to burn it down either for tax purposes or she must have realised her son brought the wrong cottage in shimla instead of mussorie.😉😆😆

i agree she is one character in "kasturi" who cant be ignored at any cost ..

Wat I like about devika is the charisma that surrounds her..very powerful personality,her way of handling a situation be it with purshotam or any of her children..the word "defeat" till now is not in her dictionary..she can do anything to get wat she wants and as per my say stoop low to reach her goal and to protect her son..

Now coming to your question protecting her son from harm considered stooping to new lows?.

Ok lets recap…

We cant deny it if today raka got married its been cos of devika "MORE"acting as a catalyst in this matter..i will say devika underestimated the love Robbie her dear son had for kasturi..a misunderstanding was there between the two so why not as a mother who as per your say wants to protect her children can stoop so low that instead of bringing them together schemed such a plan and destroyed her son's happiness..at that time I could not see a mother protecting her son but only her selfish need ,money and power which that son was the medium of providing her all this.why as a mother esp being a woman she could not see the love,pain in her son's eyes but nope she did not give a damn about it as for her getting victory is her priority..i will say the first step for devika as a mother to lead her son on the self-destruction path..

Coming back to the present ..will devika repeat the mistake she did in the past?...

She could not stopped Robbie marrying kasturi which I'm sure she would have succeeded if ro did not do that sindoor scene in the temple..devika first defeat…kasturi has her agenda why she is getting involved with robbie but here too we can see devika is not ready to accept kasturi as his son's wife..she started scheming from day one ro married kas but till now she is getting defeat..a son who has always listened and said "yes mom" is backanswering her..kasturi has completely trapped her son in her grip by using his weakness and that his junoon for her..devika is just like a silent spectator watching her cos ro's love for kas has become her weakness not strength..

One scene in yesterday's epi where for the first time I did feel for devika…

The car parking lot scene.wen she got out of the car we can see a dejected woman hurt from his son's behaviour..to top it that son apologized but hurt her more by saying the one who made him realized his mistake was kasturi..

I did feel at that time when she said its ok son you have realized your mistake but to get it all wrong the next sec ..she could also realized how her son is getting away from her and completely in kasturi's grip and she looked helpless at that moment..but wat I appreciate about her she still had her head high walking away though hurt…hats off to this lady..

Devika in her sense once more schemed another plan to defeat kasturi by planning their suhaaag raat just to get even with kasturi.wat happened it end up in hurting her own son..is devika still using her brain to do such a gross thing?...

Now its high time devika gets it in her head and its not to underestimate kasturi challenges..yesterday she hit her hard by saying openly today you saw your son sweat now be prepared to hear his screams..this dialogue of kas to devika and I think she should take it seriously and that its not the innocent kasturi chawla norrobbie's wife in front of her but raunak's widow.

So yes devika got her match I will say and the threat an advice to her start reacting otherwise she may lose her son..as for kasturi she has nothing to lose in this revenge whether she wins or not cos the day raunak died she has lost everything..so nothing matters for her now…its for devika to start thinking…

will she react in the extreme circumstances like lets say Robbie really has a hand in raunak's death?..

as a mother will she is be ready to save her son.. I have no issue with it as she has the right but in the process we cant deny it she always balance the situation and it should be in her fav in the end whether it hurts someone emotions or feelings be it her dear son ..

so wat will devika do "if" such a situation arise?.will she at that moment too chose her advantage or sincerely save her son..will she take the charge or as per my say stoop low once more..if she can bring a skeleton of her daughter to ruin the singhania's so it wont surprise me devika bring back the dead too…

in the end its in her protective attitude and happiness for her children she ends up hurting them esp Robbie who suffer from his mom scheming plan and the most deplorable thing is Robbie is still unaware of his mom true face..a mother who don't hesitate to use her own children as a pawn in her plan ..

so lets see if devika still have the capacity to get back the confidence of robbie and bring him back to stand by her side ..my guess this is the only way devika can win in this war and its the breakup of roka relationship..a mistake she did in the past which can be history repeat once more..credit devika mom..
