Okay I know i am going to get bombarded with dandas & belans for this one, but i am actually going to stick up for RaS for what he did (or rather what he didn't say yesterday). My take is that Ra is still in the process of getting to know k and the poor guy is unaware that his wife suffers from Selective amnesia & hearing.
Selecting amnesia for totally forgetting all the good things that robbie did (the girish episode & paying for her dad's treatment) and selective hearing for always hearing the incomplete truth & jumping to conclusions. As for yesterday why he kept quiet, when he finds out vikas was behind the accident and probably that tanu was also present at the time, he probably did not want to involve both the families in another legal wrangle. As it is they all are in a deep mess.
Besides, his life is more or less settled or doomed (depending whether u r a raka or roka fan) and he doesn't want to spoil the lives of vikas or tannu. Though i personally don't agree with his decision to take the blame despite being a raka fan, this is the best i could do especially since the creatives are hell bent on messing up his character.

As for kasturi, well when ronak turns he sees kasturi and he assumes she must have heard the whole thing and doesn't bother to explain. This is why i said selective hearing.

Okay on a lighter note, when he does get out of jail, diwali is round the corner, so here is my suggestion for the following things he should get for his friends & family:

1. l Robbie Sabharwal- Happy Birthday Card & cake for his what 3rd or 4th janam.

2. Kasturi -
a. A watch - For being there at the correct time ( atleast when a coversation starts so that she she hears it in full to avoid jumping into conclusions)
b. A Hearing aid - So she can hear everything in full and not in parts.
c. Books - The power of silence (so that she can give her vocal chords & our ears a break so that her hubby can do the talking for a change ), Test of Reasoning & logical deduction, Art of mastering listening & comprehension skills.

3. Devika & Puru Sabharwal - How to talk so that ur kids listen (for puru) & how to listen when ur kids talk (devika - for not bothering to listen & understand robbie's love for kasturi).

4. Divya Sabharwal - How to tell the truth & the whole truth ( Instead of harping on and on about kasturi's love for robbie, she could have also said whatever ronak & kasturi did was because/for me and RA-RO friendship atleast could have been saved which frankly for me has been the biggest casualty)

5. Alaana, nikhil, pooja & pooja's mom - Just don't bother, they are simply not worth it.

6. For himself - Books - Art of effective speaking ( if the creatives allow u), Stand up & be counted and most important, What they do not teach u at KEKTA Business School (hopefully u can do something to salvage ur business)

7. For the rest, I am still shortlisting and would love ur suggestions on the exisitng list & future gifts.

I seriously hope i have not offended anybody by this post. I am just so frustrated at the way the creatives have messed up this serial - They had everything great actors, a great storyline, 3 of the best characters in my opinion in recent history - their love & friendship. They have messed up big time.

Lastly, i am still in the process of getting to know everyone's name but i truly enjoy & appreciate each of ur analysis & humor. Especially the humour. Fabulous. Do let me know if possible what u think of the diwali gift list (additions or subtractions ) if any. Just for fun guys & nothing else. Thanks for reading.
