Kasturi is not pregnant. Divya was pregnant with he boyfriend Sagar's child who left her. Divya went for abortion in a small hospital so that ppl donot recognize her. Raunak filled the form where he wrote the patients name Kasturi Chawla & baby's father's name as Raunak Singhania.
