hi can u help me catch up

i left off where tj was going to america for her operation that was the last episode i watched and then i watched kasturi again but it was all weird so i was wondering if something could help me catch up with the show

totally new family introduced in kasturi serial
kasturi shifts to mumbai and got job in singhania office as PA
singhania family conssted of gayatri, mona massi, abhimanyu, ajeing and adwit

There are news that Kasturi will end... Uptil now there is no news that it has ended if any news is out we shall let you know!!
