Illegalities and contradictions

I just posted this email to the Balaji and Creatives:

The current track in Kasturi is full of twists and turns that are an insult to the intelligence or the viewers –

Every person understands that

1. After Raunak's death Kasturi married Robbie. Even though Raunak returned, according to the majority of court decisions, she would be regarded as in fact married to Robbie.
2. The fact that when Raunak went off to jail, Kasturi was living in the Sabarwal house and was close enough to him to even sleep in his bed at times. He publicly announced that she was his patni
3. Since that marriage stands and this marriage event was essentially a renewal of vows, how can she go off and marry someone else?
4. In terms of customs followed in India – how does a bride go to the wedding alone with her family going on in advance? I don't think this custom is followed anywhere in the Punjab or Uttar Pradesh or Delhi.

Apart from these amazing things – how can the Creatives hurt the viewers so badly by 'creating' this horrendous twist in the story.

We want Kasturi to make some sensible decisions and we want Robbie and Kasturi to get together immediately. Let them be married and then face the problems together.
