You are entitled to your opinion. Prerna was not lucky to marry bajaj she must have been most unlucky to forcefully being married to a blackmiler.

To grow as a person, no one needs the oppertunity which comes through in forceful marriages. To grow as a person she dint need it, she was already a grown up person there, even vikrant provided her buisiness magazine launch oppertunity without any conditions, if prerna had utilized that oppertunity i would have proudly accepted it.. If prerna had utlized her intern job for 50k salary in moloyes office used that oppertunity to grow as a person any woman would have been proud of.

Using the blackmailer se shadi and the possible money and status she got under that using that to grow as a person is not for any woman who has selfrespect or selflove.

Its irony only she loves person (anurag) who did ao much wrong infront of her eyes than too her heart loves him unconditionally coz she loves him, she is not forced to love him, she is not forced to like him, or dedicate her life to him.. They both love eo and its her sixth sense which gives her vibes to love him subvonsciously.

As for the marriage that took place between prerna and bajaj yes bajaj blackmailed and used that as an opportunity for gain. However he allowed prerna to make her choice and she did. Bajaj didn't hold a gun to her head and force her to marry him. Grey character = grey acts. He has no obligation to help no one. However even though it was wrong he did it for his daughter. In the end he let her go. He actually had a redemption track unlike the ML.

As for you mentioning bajaj marrying prerna to have her as a nanny for kuki. I would say be a stepmom to her it's almost as similar to anurag having prerna as his personal secretary doing chores in his home and being forced to watch him and his legal wife parade around and decorate their bed. I'll take being a nanny over that.

As for bajaj saying he can have any woman. He has money, power and fame and that was so in his character to say. He said that as a counter to prerna accusing him of ill intentions. However even though he said that he has remained a bachelor since his last marriage and has never been interested in woman but rather respect them.

I had problems with Prerna with her attitude in the process of knowing Bajaj too. She was so self-absorbed into her Ex-lover phase that she couldn’t value herself in the context of Bajaj too. This man had great respect for her as his wife even for namesake. His constant sermons on telling her that she should value herself and never compromise with her self-respect.

I am sorry but Indian audience doesn’t like a woman pining for another man while in a marriage. Infidelity is a highly touchy subject and needs a great mature mind to show and discuss. Such concepts were beautifully shown in shows of yesteryear’s . I am not naming them but there was a show where an infidel woman who had a live-in relationship with a man despite being married to someone else. Had a child out of wedlock and yet audience were sympathetic towards her was my definition of a strong woman! It was a show about desires that embraced female sexuality. Many more were there.

Here,
Prerna is hardly a definition of any empowerment. Even if she had fallen in love with Bajaj suddenly, I would have lambasted her equally as I don’t give a damn about who ends up with whom.

Now, coming to consummation-sex is real. It’s haloed glory on ITV is beyond my understanding.

A real story would have been Prerna just walking her own path professionally after being humiliated at the engagement ceremony!!!

There could have been a dramatic change in her character to a Lala land girl into a reality check woman who decided to have her own path! She could keep loving but not forgiving. Met Bajaj in the path and then the rivals story could have come. Nonetheless, there’s nothing amazing about Prerna at all! The woman never fails to surprise me. I just happened to watch her epic beizzati during the Hina time. Mannnnn, a woman can never look back at a man with a beizzati like that!!!!!
