The story got destroyed only after that, had they continued with prerish it would have been amazing but no it is now endless kidnapping hospital and crap and mess and crap and mess.

What would be better is if Prerna starts feeling something she is about to move forward and then someone comes. It doesn't have to be Meneka but just someone close to Rb who knows him from good old days. She starts getting close to Kukki and RB and this will make it more difficult for her as both their situation will be same, you know both not related to Kukki but close to her and both getting equal importance from RB and she will feel she is losing everything. Their angst and anger. It could be amazing.
