Mister and Mrs Bajaj Running In Parallels

Today's episode is more symbolic than anything else. The way Prerna and Rishabh are now connected with the thread of revenge almost parallel to each other.

Their stories now run parallel just with different timelines.

8 and a half years years ago, Rishabh Bajaj came to Kolkata to seek revenge from the Basus. He prepared himself for years, all his cold blooded ways and strategies for the singular purpose of destroying the Basus especially Moloy Basu for the injustice meted out to him in the past. He put everything on the line to fulfil this one goal.

And now 8 years later Prerna under his guidance and mentorship, under his care has developed the same mindset : building herself from the ground up all to destroy Anurag Basu.

Whether she has emulated his cold stares and a colder heart to get what she wants just like him is something we still don't know.

But here's the best part.

Rishabh Bajaj gave everything up for Prerna. All his ambitions and motives were crushed the moment he fell in love and knew Prerna was family even though she didn't consider him as one. He put Prerna above his purpose of revenge. He let go of all that anger, resentment and his chance at having that family he always craved for by putting Prerna's happiness above his own.

He gave up years of calculated moves and victories for Prerna.

And now whether Prerna would make the same choice for him or not : this is her test.

She has prepared for this moment for ages. And she should get her revenge from the guy who pushed her off a bloody bridge and kept her daughter away from her. Whatever the reason, the justification; somebody has to suffer the consequences of what they made Prerna go through.

I love that. This is Prerna finally taking control of her destiny. Come what may, she deserves a chance to break those who broke her. In every way possible. They broke her trust and took her mental peace with it. They shattered her spirit.

But while doing this, when she loses the one person that kept her steady as a rock for 8 long years that is when she will wake up from her revenge trance with a jolt.

She would have to make a choice then. Whether to let this revenge saga take over her life and be stuck with people who have her brought misery upon misery including taking away her child from her or finally say 'am done with this. I no longer want this because it's hurting that one person who respected and cared for me unconditionally'. Just like Bajaj made the choice of putting Prerna above everything else.

The journey from being Prerna Rishabh Bajaj only by name to actually being THE PRERNA RISHABH BAJAJ who knows her worth is way beyond seeking revenge and wants seas of calm instead of the turbulence of storms : I hope this is it. Her superior form awaiting us.

Tbh I don't expect anything from Prerna cause we know the CVS and the level of his show in genera lol BUT if poetic justice exists, this is how it should play out.

If Rishabh Bajaj's act of putting Prerna above everything else was the ultimate sign of his respect,love, loyalty and selflessness, Prerna has to make the same choice to be worthy of him.

If not, then she never deserved him in the first place. And that's simply her and only her loss.

You know I felt tremendous anger when I watched the episode. Gussa aya mujhe. Bahut zyada gussa. This is coming from a person who for months never felt the emotion ANGER. But I felt rage in me for the first time watching a fictitious episode and now I am laughing at myself 🤣

But i then read you post. Kisi ne khoob kaha hai ki anger blinds you, this was infront of me yet I couldn't see it. Thank you ATC. Thank you so much. Rightly said
