Prerna is hit by bullet right on her tummy ... bullet is taken out and she goes with normal delivery HOW ON EARTH IS THIS POSSIBLE ... there is something called C-section ... just to show baby is born you don't have to make a mother to push so much in labor when a bullet is just removed from the same place and stitches are in place ...

If Komo put Prerna at gunpoint and asked Anurag to kill her to save the baby why would Prerna consider that betrayal? She would know Anurag did it to save the baby and Prerna is the type who would happily sacrifice her life for her baby unless she didn't know the reason.
