As far as sleep is concerned, I take small naps. I go to sleep normally at 2:30 and rise at 7:30 or 8.

As there is no school now, I don't have much problem.

This is for everybody don't hide anything regarding health with your family thinking they will panic.... If problem gets bigger and more problematic better say earliest. As soon as possible the check up done better. I have seen worst cases in pretext of closed one will panic... Don't forget in life health and time is most important...
