Part 1:-

Mr.Bajaj!' Prerna cried as soon as he saw him at the door of the Sharma Niwas.

'Prerna?' he was shocked to the core.

For the first time, the Sharmas noticed a guilt-stricken and hurt Rishabh Bajaj, who is known as an inhumane Business Shark.

'Aap aa gye, Mr.Bajaj?' Prerna asked feebly, and rose up on her feet.

A stunned Rishabh noticed how thin, weak and fragile Prerna became.

He came in.

Prerna was literally running to him, when her weak body gave in....

The fear of falling on the ground made her close her eyes...

'Prerna!!!' he screamed...

Just in time, for the 2nd time, his strong enough hands prevented her from falling.

They have an eyelock.

Rishabh noticed that the usual glow from her eyes had vanished, and the glow and colour on her face had been drained out and dried.

Rishabh couldn't believe what he was saw. His heart broke into pieces to see her devastated state.

'Aap aa gye Mr. Bajaj? Pata hai, main kab se aapke liye wait Kar rhi thi?'

'Prerna...Prerna you are weak...You need rest...Come, Let's go to your room. You need rest na?'

Shivani was rushing to help her sister walk, but Sekhar held her back saying, 'Ruko, koyi aur hai Priyu ko room mein le Jane ke liye.'

Veena smiled. A lone tear of happiness and relief fell from her eye.

'Aaj se mujhe chinta nhi Karna padega. Di ka Saath dene ke liye Woh wapas Aaye Hain...' said Mahesh, pouring himself a glass of water.

Veena and others nodded.

Poor Shivani, she wasn't still over the feeling of guilt.

'Mere wajah se hi Di ka yeh haal hua...unhone apna Pyaar aur baccha khoya....' said Shivani.

Tears were flowing down her eyes.

'Tu chup Kar, Shivi... Anurag Kabhi Priyu Ka 'pyaar' nhi tha... Pyaar itna kamzor nhi hota hai.'

Said Sekhar, sitting on the chair.

For the first time, Sekhar did some sense talk, concluded Mahesh.

Meanwhile....

Prerna rested her head on his lap and slept, due the effect of the medicines.

Rishabh caressed her hair till she slept.

He closed his eyes...

Flashback...

'What are you saying, Mr. Mehra?'

Rishabh sprang up from his chair.

'Yes, Mr.Bajaj, someone drugged Mrs.Baj.. I mean Miss. Sharma and as a result, she lost her baby and mental balance.'

Rishabh's face had the mixed feelings of pain,hatred,rage and guilt.

He closed his eyes for a second.

The very next moment, Mehra saw his boss race out of his cabin saying,'Book the latest flight to Kolkata, Mehra. Two tickets, for you and me.'

Mehra sighed and did what he was told.

Rishabh came home to see his daughter scribbling on her drawing notebook.

Without letting him say anything, she said,

'See, Papa! I draw you, me and Prerna Mamma!'

Rishabh felt his heart break into pieces. He hugged her tightly. He somehow prevented the tears from falling.

He suppressed his sob and said, 'Beta hum na ek kaam se Kolkata ja rhe Hain. Aap Rose Madam ke Saath raho. Aur Daadi bhi rahenge Aapke pass.'

'Matlab aap Mamma ko le ayenge?'

Rishabh's eyes shone with hope. He became determined to do what he intended. The fire in his heart got its fuel by Kukki.

Flashback ends.....

Rishabh's trance broke with the ringing of his phone.

'Yes, Mehra?'

'Sir, we have got a clue....'

The conversation made Rishabh's jaw stiff. His fist was tight in anger.

'By hook or crook, I want the details of the masked Person...TODAY ONLY!!!'

He cut the call and went out of the room, to the balcony, make a call, becausehe feared that his high voice might wake up Prerna.

'Yes Inspector. Track search for Mr.Sengupta, now only!!! I want him before me today only!!!

'No excuse. And hire someone to keep an eye on the happenings at the BB!'

Meanwhile,Prerna had a flashback of the past in her sleep...

'Kya Soch rhi ho tum? Hum tumhe aise hi Chor Dein? Never!'

A strong, masculine voice roared.

The woman, who was holding Prerna's arms tightly, made her sit on a chair and injected a liquid in her body...After that...

Prerna's sleep broke. She yelled in fear,'Nahi!!!'

Hearing her, Rishabh hurriedly came inside and hugged and comforted her.

He poured a glass of water for her.

'Water, Prerna.'

'Aap mujhe chor kar nhi jayenge na?' an emotional Prerna asked.

' I will never leave you again, Prerna ' said Rishabh, caressing her hair.

'Promise?' asked Prerna, like an innocent child, who needed some assurance from her father.

'Promise...' said Rishabh, hiding his weakness.

'But the people who promised to be with me, left me. First Baba, then Baby...' Prerna hid her face by her palm.

'Who said that you child left you, Prerna? Isn't Kukki your Child?'

'Kukki...Yes she is my child..Meri bacchi...Mujhe uske paas kab le jayenge?'

'Jald hi...'

Prerna smiled and sat on the bed quietly.

Rishabh called Mahesh and told him to be with her.

Rishabh went to the hall.

He declared, 'I want to talk with everyone present here. Even Shivani Sharma, you need to be here!No excuses!'

Veena understood that he was in rage and was too serious.

They sat for a meeting.

'Let me speak first.' said Rishabh and scanned everyone's face carefully...
