because of the funds and the disasters that carried along with it, the exhibitions etc was stopped altogether. Especially parents would too be like --- so much of project work and extra activities that it's better to have these exhibition pushed aside. Being an ISCE school we had too much of pressure to perform + the endless subjects.Ohh.. you missed a lot of other kinda fun then.. waise dance and skit programs are a part of the same learninh exercise? Some schools do it as annual day.. yours must have done it differently but they did.. some go a next level based on volunteers and funds raised.. so you and I are on the same page i think..
Plus we have a huge program called as spectrum, which happens every 4yrs, that puts any bollywood awards function to shame having famous celebrities from Amitabh Bachchan to Mary Kom to even Sachin Tendulkar, alongside CM and Governor and other famous Bengali personalities and celebrities as the chief guests. So exhibition isnt done. But yes we as a school used to go to many schools to see their exhibitions. I personally felt waste of resources and time. 😆
