What was the need to slap her

Monihi said Bajaj is the father of Prerna's child (Although that's not true) but What was the need to slap her ? she insulted Prerna & her family so much till date but her husband & son said nothing then why now ? Na jane Moley uncle ka Bajju se kya relation hai 😆😆

Only reason I see for Moloy slapping Mohini is CVs trying to make Mohini feel more insecure, propably to justify (can't find a better word) her extreme actions against Prerna, she might take in near future. She already thinks Prerna took her son away from her and now Moloy has not just slapped but called her as "tu" "tujhe" which is pretty disrespectful if you are not used to it in general (again because of Prerna). She will now feel more close to Sonalika and there are good chances of these acting as a team.
