Well, honestly speaking I find PreRish relationship to be much more mature than AnuPre . 😳 The best thing which I loved about Bajaj is that he was the only person who could make Prerna understand her self-worth and never under-estimated her. He genuinely respected her and believed that Prerna is a strong woman and is capable of doing anything if she takes the plunge.👍🏼
Regarding AnuPre relationship, I find it very immature and no matter how much Anurag "loves " Prerna he never actually gave Prerna the respect that she deserved .😈 Unlike Bajaj, Anurag actually always under-estimated her which can be proved by his simple dialogues such as "Tumhari peanut size brain mei yei samajh nehi ayega"(in other words indirectly humiliating her by saying that she is stupid, he could have appreciated the things which Prerna was able to do even with that peanut-sized brain, but no, I can't recall any such dialogues. Instead he chose to doubt her capabilities.) Also the look that he gave while saying "Driving toh aati nehi hai tumhe" once more clearly indicated that he wanted to make Prerna feel "good-for-nothing" . (he feels just because he knows how to drive, he is superior to Prerna. This is also one kind of insult as he indirectly wanted to say that knowing how to drive can be termed as a yardstick for measuring someone's intelligence).
I know Anurag as a person is very kind,well-mannered etc. But I can't overlook the fact that sometimes he is too proud of himself. In AnuPre relationship, Anurag always seems to have a "upper-hand" and he considers himself superior to Prerna. He doesn't treat Prerna as his equal.😡😡😡In a relationship both partners must consider each other as their equals and there should always be proper communication between them - 2 things which I find lacking in their relationship.
However,I can understand the reason behind Anurag Basu's immaturity. He was born with a silver spoon, he never really had to struggle in order to survive,he was brought up surrounded with love and so he didn't probably see life so closely as Bajaj saw. Circumstances made Bajaj mature. From a very young age he had to struggle in order to make ends meet and so grew up mentally very fast. If Anurag was thrown into Bajaj's place, then perhaps he would have developed maturity too and not be the mama's boy that he is now.
So,on-screen I like watching AnuPre only because of Parth and Erica's sizzling chemistry (they look good together) but as a relationship I feel PreRish is better.
