She should have been that way when she initially found out - instead she displayed levelheadedness and undestanding, but now suddenly her soulmate's harping up on this nonsense and it's just 'bajaj is a ruthless killer' like okkkkkkkkk. Even when Shivi said it though, she admitted to the police in front of Prerna that she didn't see the accident happen - instead she also listened to what everyone else was saying - that Bajaj's car hit Anurag lol.

Hello. I'm back. Time to put in my two cents for all the heavy discussions going. I'd just like to say that if I say something that doesn't add up to the story please forgive me, since I've only seen aajka episode and skipped so many in the last few weeks. I've no love lost for most characters in the show and the only reason I'm still there is because KSG. AHEM.

Having said all that, let's come back to the story. I never liked Prerna. And that has never really been about Prerna in relation to the male leads. She has none of the qualities I like in women I admire. She's a big pushover, and has zero autonomy. I remember this one woman in our family who didn't like my mom. I still remember coming across her in events and hating her guts to the core. Probably why I will never warm up to the idea of Prerna respecting/letting Mohini get away with treating her and her family the way she does. Prerna's fealty for Basus was never earned on their part. Except for Anurag and Moloy maybe, I never understood her ease with being trampled and ridiculed by that family. A lot of us forget how Mohini was the first person in this show to blackmail Prerna. It's a subtle come around for Mohini as well. Because she once threatened her loved ones so she could force her to marry someone Mohini loved. And Bajaj did the same (although not as an active perpetrator but as an opportunist) and took her away from someone Mohini so dearly loved.

Well Prerna never felt the need to reveal that small tidbit to ANYONE and I'll never understand why? Despite all of that, she let Mohini treat her badly.

Let's come to this track. From the day of their marriage to now, Bajaj has changed a lot. I don't want to go into the semantics of things. But he's been trying really hard to make her feel at ease, to communicate with her, to build mutual trust. And she was the first person he approached after the accident. My confusion is this: when he SAID the EXACT SAME THINGS to her that ANURAG did, how did her perception change just because Anurag said, 'he wanted to kill me.' Hasn't Anurag been saying that FOR A WHILE NOW? Also since Bajaj is known for being so ruthless according to her, wouldn't he have done a better job at getting Anurag killed? I mean if he wanted him dead...nvm. The problem IS NOT that she doesn't trust him. She shouldn't. As a matter of fact, I keep wondering why she didn't ask him to release her from their marriage the moment she found his more humane side. At least have a conversation. Test the waters. Negotiate. That's what sane people do. The problem is that Anurag just told her he tried to kill me, while narrating the same scenario, and without really trying to understand what happened, she picked a side. No autonomy again.

I don't hate her. Because, I truly never liked her, lol. But, why didn't she have THIS reaction THE OTHER DAY? That would've MADE SO MUCH MORE SENSE! Why now? Now she just comes off as STUPID.

Komo it was in one of those articles - that after Bajju denies bail Prerna goes to see him to ask him why lol like tera kya jaata hai tune hi toh kaha tha ke bajju ke liye koi lawyer nahi dhoonde gi. So why the takleef now that he's denying bail. 😆

Shin_chan has said prerish development will begin when they leave basu house. However that development will start as well from fresh. No bitterness, no hate, no distrust. Bajaj deciding to go to jail on his own is symbolic for him accepting that he wrong her and is repenting. P will also get her punishment when the truth comes out about the accident and she knows bajaj was innocent. Her repentance will be more than bajaj. I wouldn't be surprise when she gets flashbacks of how he treated her, what he was trying to tell her. I can almost see it. Her breaking down completely. They both will have their own punishments in this.

So the conclusion I have drawn from watching today's episode is that if soulmates exist, then beware of them. You might suffer a bout of stupidity in their vicinity and your brain may never recover. The side effect is that you'll also become deaf to reason completely and an intense feeling of disgust might arise for anyone who is speaking sense.

On a side note, I have a new ship name for the fandom that shall remain unnamed.

She doesnt want RB to suffer n all. Never. She neither regrets for this marriage nor RB as her husband. Just today reacted due to outsiders instigation. She always has several complains with RB. All that she said today was due to that and part of it and frustration out of it, and not due to her so called thought of love or she believed Anurag.

I am not Only AMAZED but AMUSED by your interpretation and authority on love. What is Love, what does it even mean?

Everyone has different parameters of love and she MARRIED RB only to SAVE ANURAG-her love. I don’t DEFEND her attitude but no MATTER how bitter, Anurag will be her First LOVE. Even if you call it a TEENAGE CRUSH or whatsoever.

Anyway, I see too much hatred for a girl who is FOOLISH about she doesn’t DESERVE the amount of HATRED she gets here.
