Not all marriages are forced by parents. Many people agree to arrange marriages without familial pressures and out of their own will. So comparison is not on equal grounds.

Devdas beat Paro with a stick. 😡 But that story is like a legendary love story among many ppl . This serial is based on that novel. If you find this offensive don't watch this serial as this serial is about the love between Anu and Prerna ...........Bajaj is just an intruder. personally I also hate man beating woman whether that is love or marriage. But I also hate man who forces or blackmails a woman in a relationship by using her weakest point. Prerna was not in love with Bajaj. Nor her parents wanted him as their damad. He did this to take revenge on Anu only. Very nasty trick to use a woman as bate. I hate that more than a slap.Slap just takes one second. I would hate Anu too for his slap to Prerna. But when I see Bajaj's behavior and mentality towards woman I hate Bajaj so much that I can't even remember what Anu did. After marriage why a hubby will force his wife to live with her ex? What kind of sickness is this. Bajaj is a mentally disturbed monster. Hate Anu......take a bullet and shoot him.
