Blackmail??? Really? Enough!

I just want to say why RB is called blackmailer again and again as if only he has gained through this marraige ...we are still stuck whether this marraige is valid or not ..there is a saying beggers cant be choosers and that was the situation when Bajaj put a deal in front of Prerna and she readily accepted it ...he didnt kidnap her but Prerna herself walked towards him for this deal marraige ...we have seen even worst marraiges on itv ..where we had some marraiges on gunpoint and CVs made that marraiges a big success by reforming the shortcomings ...the problem is not the marriage of Prerish but here most of them are seeing Bajaj as a blackmailer and forced marraige without consent which clearly ITS NOT ..Prerna agreed for this marraige although it wasnt acceptable for the society but it was acceptable to her She wasnt happy but still it was her choice ...a woman who cant fall in love again with another person because her character will be questioned ..not to forget the toxic dynamics of Basu family who will make Prernas life hell if she returns to Anurag.

..so yes maybe what Bajaj did cant be acceptable but given the circumstances of Prerna ...he is the best for her ..Prernas life has always been to choose between two evils ..And Bajaj is lesser of both evils unless and untill she become fiercely independent.

One thing is clear ..Prerna may get all the passionate love of Anurag ..but she will never get respect and appreciation of Basus..I dont care who gets united in end because all we care is about proper progression of story ..thats all matters now..I hope CVs dont make mockery of Bajaj and Prernas relationship which has more to it than just label of unwanted marraige ..its through Bajaj only Prerna will discover her true strength and independence.

Like I have said in some other thread yesterday, I believe, he is a perfect fit for her and I have this feeling, that by the time he leaves (we all know one day, he has to), he will leave after making this woman fiercely independent like you've put it.

Sure it wasn't a blackmail but he did take advantage of the situation and manipulated Prerna into making a choice that turned into his advantage.

What did prerna gain? Anurag freedom? How's that a gain in anyway.. If anurag had actually done something wrong and Bajaj had eliminated that proof, then you can say prerna gained something. Here Bajaj had proof that anurag was innocent. And prerna came to him begging for that help.. But he decided to use that as leverage to get her to do what he wanted.. She even told him she's carrying anurag child.. But even that didn't matter to him.... Bajaj did hold her at gunpoint, just that the gun was a figurative one. Worse still, he didn't even tell her the reason he was marrying her!! How cruel to hand over the responsibility of your child to a young girl who is not even aware of it, and when she herself is on the precipice of motherhood!

Prerna gets respect from the bajajs is the biggest joke.. Atleast mohini was upfront about not liking prerna and her family.. And when she realized her mistake, she apologized for it and accepted prerna wholeheartedly. Same with nivedita... But here, one one side Bajaj treats her like his daughters nanny, he even said that and his maasi is plotting against prerna.. Man, I would love this kind of respect in my sasuraal. The basus are by no men's ideal but Atleast they are upfront, not secretive with hidden agendas and backstabbing like the bajajs.

Also if prerna needs Bajaj to teach her to be independent, how is that even independence...

I don’t get this argument.

Nivi started liking and appreciating Prerna after Komo’s exit. Mohini started liking her during Anurag’s jail drama. In fact, she had fully accepted Prerna as her DIL and was genuinely happy for AnuPre.She also apologised to Veena for sending her to jail. Mohini and Nivi both had changed for the better

here blackmail word is used as per convenience. balki clearly prern said it is a deal marriage. it is a choice.

This is the biggest joke ...Nivi and Moh have always been evil .their hatred for Prerna never goes away ...it was Mohini who said that go to Bajaj to secure a deal for Anurag ...and later blamed her for seducing Bajaj ..

I cant forget Nivi's sick words to Prerna that time ...Prerna did exactly as they wanted.
