Ending the rumours of who will be playing Anurag, when this promo was aired, there were lots of apprehensions among fans, old KZK viewers and even among the actors on various topics starting from how apt will be the castings of Anu & Pre to whether KZK2 will be a reboot or remake of KZK1. Most important & even toughest of all was the selection of Parth & Eri as AnuPre. As both of them being part of the strong pairs from their previous shows they had a tough job ahead to get themselves established as a jodi. They had to work hard first to get into their respective characters, which indeed took time for them, especially Eri. Tbh, being an Eri fan, I was not at all pleased with Eri's portrayal of Prerna in the initial episides and i still remember how I used to criticise her in the Diwali episodes on how OTT she was in some scenes. But gradually she picked it up and once the humiliation episode happened, there was no looking back. Even today, those scenes do bring the same emotions as it was when i watched it for the first time. And i am sure that whenever anyone remembers Prerna of KZK2, this will be the first scene that will come to our mind, followed by her sassy comeback to BB. And today, as i was going through the old promo videos on SP, i noticed one thing. Most of the promos that has 2.5M+ views were Pre or AnuPre related, the highest being the holi promo. Contrary to what is shown now, Pre didn't even trust a person like Anu and was such a sassy girl during Navvu, Komo & AnuPre phase. Yet viewers got hooked to the show. Which clearly shows what viewers preference is.

So a major credit of what Anurag is today goes to Parth Samthaan for he not only plays the character, but literally lives him out on screen.', Supported with a good writing, I have to say Parth has literally lived as the character Anurag till date. I haven't seen any of his previous works. But from some of the scenes I have watched in VMs and some clips of his previous show, I have to say he has grown exceptionally as an actor. Yes, he has his own mannerisms & touches that is common in the characters he has played; yet he succeeds in portraying same emotions differently for his previous & current character. In all his recent scenes, Parth as Anurag has put forward stupendous performances of which the ones I will always remember will be his breakdown in the HM suite at Swiss and his face-off with Bajaj in Bajaj Mansion. The various emotions he portrayed in these two scenes really prove his caliber as an actor. And the main thing i like about him is his passion & sincerity towards his work and his dedication to compete with himself giving improved performances in one scene after another.
Together both of them has secured a place in our hearts as AnuPre, which itself is the reason we are not being able to detach from KZK, inspite of all the disappointments we are having with EK & her team. So, today on this festive occassion let's wish that AnuPre will be blessed to have all obstacles removed from their journey of being one soul and to shower them with positive vibes, do share your amazing experiences with AnuPre till date.
