Hello. I have not seen the season 1 but read about in google. Its pretty early to think about where his character going to turn because I don't trust Ekta tbh. But I'm agree with you in this. I also think that Mr. Bajaj will be here to teach a lot of life lessons to Basus and especially Prerna. It will be a journey for her to turn into mature woman and face the circumstances maturely. With Anurag she behaves like a college girl, lets see how she behaves with Mr. Bajaj and how he changes her. We have just seen very little scenes between them. I wish Mr. Bajaj get some more screen space. And oh god! I'm loving KSG as Mr. Bajaj. RB was such an iconic character and expectations were so high. Although I've never seen KSG before, but I have to admit he is doing so perfect. And to pull off such an iconic character is not easy. I started watching the show after Mr. Bajaj's entry because I really got attracted to the promo. The dialogues, his calmness, the mysterious aura around him, his adaa everything is making Bajaj quite more interesting. I'm really loving the way KSG portraying RB.

True, With Anurag she will just stay a dreamy girl, but Bajaj will teach her the harsh realities of life.

No he doesn't need to be a villain but he is presented as such RIGHT NOW. Bajaj is growing on me to be honest but I would still consider him to be a villain. I think the reason it's difficult for people to call him a villain is because we'd been presented with clearly malicious villains like Komo and Naveen. But now we just have someone who is a bit more calculated and a bit more interesting instead of a creepy old man who wanted to marry a young (naive) girl in exchange of keeping her loved ones safe... oh wait. I didn't even mean to do that but it just happened lmao.

Keeping that ugly truth aside, I do hope this makes Prerna just be better. I have a soft spot for Prerna, I always have. I don't want Bajaj to be the reason she learns to be self-sufficient. I want it to be an individual journey instead. God knows she needs a reality check. "My body and soul belongs to Anurag", miss me with bullshit pleaseee! When will I get the character development I deserve??? Even Nivedita got hers already. Writers shouldn't only take negative characters and teach them lessons and them them good/positive and call it a day. Characters like Anurag and Prerna should also grow and make better decisions and learn from their mistakes and further develop instead of being self-sacrificial all the time. The kasautis in their life should teach them what decision they should make, instead of making the same decision and expecting different results????? This is the third time they've made the same decision for the same problem and what did these two expect will be the outcome? Lifelong happiness? But, I digress.

I really am starting to like Bajaj. As long as he's the stepping stone to bring Anurag and Prerna together, I'm here for it. He's a fine character but the show should maintain what they promised us, an eternal love story between Anurag and Prerna.

Absolutely 👏 well said.

Bajaj is not a problem. For me problem is despite of his bad deed..Queen want to whitewash his character where most of the people wont buy in 2019.

I would love to follow a show if he was full on villain. I would love to see both onu and him having a tuff fight.. if he will be villian but trying to whitewash a villain in 2019 that is the key thing that is stopping me to follow a show.

Nothing against him but just want him as proper villian not as Ghanta grey shade character..which he is not at all by pressuring pregnant women to marry. Sorry but it's TRUE.

Whether that’s showing his trust in Prerna not questioning her whereabouts when she’s missing.

Rising above old superstition

Or accepting a unborn child.

I don’t see anyone else being as bold and meaningful in prenas life than he is.

He’s what she needs whether she or anyone realises it or not.

Her weak spots are complemented by him unlike Anurag who just was a sponge to his mother.

Was it acceptance really? Neither Pre nor the baby had a choice in the greater scheme of things in that situation of her cornered into a marriage she didn’t really want.

And the credit for making this long post for Bajaj solely goes to KSG. I am not his fan and except for few episodes of QH, i have never watched his shows. Even in QH, i didn't find anything exceptional in his acting. So, when news came out that KSG will be the next Bajaj, i had less expectations. And tbh, just like some of his own fans felt that Bajaj is not his cup of tea, i too felt the same, especially because of his dialogue delivery. But then i thought of how perfectly had EK had selected all the KZK casts and hence felt that she will not go wrong in choosing KSG and that too with a high budget. And i took a deliberate effort to understand his dialogs, after which i could never think of anyone else as Mr.Bajaj. That is how convincingly KSG is living the character of Mr. Bajaj. And that is how you should value the effort and hardwork put up by the actors, irrespective of whether they are your favorite or not.

I like when non-fans praise KSG! But I got to say there is not a single ksg fan who ever questioned his ability to play MR bajaj! He is a versatile actor and that much was proved when he performed characters like Asad and Armaan so brilliantly! I thought he was absolutely amazing in QH! It was a character that expressed exactly how he felt, and he did wonders with it! Mr Bajaj on the other hand is a secretive character, and it is a harder character for the audience to get on board with, but it seems like he is already making an impact! As for the dialogue delivery? I have never had any issues with it, I understand what he says completely, I do sometimes miss his loud voice that he did as Asad though, this character likes to speak a tad softly! At least in the beginning of the show? when he was even more secretive? Anyway thanks for the praise! And I am glad you are enjoying his acting!

In every relationship there is something to learn and teach. Sure Pre has a lot to learn, she’s still in her early 20s and has ways to go to be a mature woman in some ways. He may teach her something useful.

For a middle aged man with a daughter RB could learn a thing or two too.

For starters he can learn to speak to his wife with respect without cheapening her with a price tag. And he’s supposed to be the mature one almost twice her age.

He can learn that women are not possessions even if one sees them as rare gems.

He can learn that women are not meant to be pawns in a plot to take revenge however much they justify it in their own minds.
