Anu, Nivi and Anupam are going to Swiss for the same business conference as PreRish they aren't following Prerna. This business conference was pre-planned from before as Nivi said in today's episode so they aren't spending money to sunao bakwaas to Prerna.

Y do I feel like Nivi and Anupam will go for the same conference without Anu and then he will suddenly disappear from kolkatta to chase Prerna up in Swiss without telling anyone his whereabout..

As you said Anu will suddenly disappear from Kolkatta or he will accompany Nivi and Anupam using this business conference as an excuse for his revenge plans.

Nivi and Anupam are definitely not following Prerna that's confirmed from today's episode but Anu might be.
