Art imitates life and vice versa. It’s entertainment but often there are real life consequences to unsuspecting people. We only understand the seriousness of certain situations when it impacts us directly or our dear and near ones.
I think media has villainized some professions to the extent that their plight & intricacies of job are overlooked, ridiculed & mocked in reality. Medical profession is one such. No doctor should have to work in a threatend environment & they have all right to demand security, but sadly they have to & are mocked more for such genuine demands. Some hooligans cause trouble to doctors & other patients as well but only doctors are villainized further.
There was a medical show named Ek nayi ummeed roshni few years back. They no longer make such shows. I hope Sanjeevani 2 does its job in giving an insight into Doctors lives in a very real & convincing manner & sensitizing public towards doctors.
