Kzk2 never had logic. But I want to know your openion about solumate. Here cvs wants to show despite marrying to diff ppl, they always love each other unconditionally. Each one takes their own perspective. After marriage, it would be like EMA, but in anupre world they are solumates.

I am really not taking this story seriously. I am just enjoying parth n eri on screen.

Hi Hari....Going fine by Gods' grace. How about you?

Coming to your question of who i think is a soulmate, in less words, i will say, it is not anything what EK is trying to show. And perhaps it is my mistake that when EK has presented them as 'STAR CROSSED LOVERS', i misunderstood AnuPre as soulmates. And for that, I will blame Parth and Eri only, for all the innocence & purity they incorporated into their characters, that all the AnuPreians now can't see them separated even for a moment. And to top it all, showing from the beginning itself that AnuPre is a special couple united by the divine power has made it more difficult for us viewers to accept the 'kachara' what the makers are trying to show from the Komo track onwards. Still many of us were optimist at that time, because atleast the online viewers knew that Hina will be leaving within few months. But now with the Bajaj track, that is not the case. Bajaj's fame from S1 and KSG saying that he has 1year contract has really made things worse. I am fine with the separation/sacrifice track, whatever it is. What i am having problem is with the inconsistency in the writing of the character Prerna. Till the scene where Prerna goes back home and gets depressed after Mohini humiliates her, i could connect with her. But after that, the writers or even director has messed with her character. Leave every fall or shock Prerna had to undergo till now if we are considering Prerna is still pregnant. I will just brush it off as drama. But what they showed with Eri in that red saree is beyond my comprehension. On that single day, Prerna had to go through lots of emotions like humiliation, angst, fear of loosing Anurag, taking care of him, again fear as Anurag gets arrested followed by emotional moments with Mohini and finally faceoff with Bajaj. Inspite of all this a pregnant lady who is in her first trimester doesn't have any emotional breakdown. And 2days later she is here using her child as some sort of bargain with Bajaj and that too when she has not informed Anu about it. What are the makers trying to portray through Prerna? That, she is a mahaan and superwoman who can forgive everything within hours and be everyone's savior? If so, why wasn't she mahaan enough to inform Anu about her pregnancy in any of the cosy moments she shared with him? And if they are trying to say, it is because of her insecurity about the society that she was planning to share it with Anu after the marriage, then that shows she is a normal woman who can't handle all those negative emotions in a single day and not have a breakdown. And it is this contradiction in Prerna's character sketch which is making me laugh at the current episodes. I do agree that the entire cast, especially Eri who has now to shoot with the protagonist & antagonist characters, is working hard to give us the episodes. But, unfortunately i am not being able to connect with Prerna or AnuPre. Tbh, i find AnuJaj and Anu's scenes more relatable. Which is why from yesterday onwards, i am repeating it in all my posts that just to satisfy EK's ego and her craze for negative characters, currently Bajaj, she & her team is butchering Prerna's character. Which as an Eri fan, disappoints me a lot.😭

Always, soulmates are thought of as a positive connotation until I read Victoria Erickson so quoting it below as I feel this is apt here where they have literally butchered the two leads to tell an angst filled story.

Soulmates are not the ones that make you happy, no they’re instead the ones that make you feel the most. Burning edges, scars and stars . Old pangs captivation and beauty . Strain and shadows and worry and yearning . Sweetness and madness and dreamlike surrender. They hurl you into the abyss and taste like hope.

This is I think the essence of Anurag and Prerna in this story .

Are the makers on w*** and butchering the characters left and right along with divinity to sell drama yes but are the actors who play Anurag and Prerna living the roll yes

So kudos to both the actors I know Eri ‘s caliber and Parth seems to be equally good. They seem to live the role.

Hi Sabi...Many thanks for the compliments. Good to see you here.

After my experience with our previous show and pair (reel & real), i had decided not to get affected by or involved in any fictional show or character. But, my love for Eri couldn't stop me from expressing my disappointments about how the writers/makers are playing with Prerna's character. As i wrote in my above reply post to Hari, they are portraying her as a mahaan and a woman with faults at the same time. Because of which i lost the connect with Prerna. As you have mentioned above, Parth and Eri are indeed living their characters as AnuPre. But because of the inconsistency in the writing and faltu promises they are made to say, i can't feel that purity in AnuPre anymore. Anu during their first confession in the temple promised Pre that he will never allow a third person to come in between them. But, on the first Kasautii itself, he was forced to say yes to Komo because of the situations. Likewise, in the recent temple scene Pre promised Anu that she will never desert him. And she too just like Anu is falling prey to the situations and that too by taking away Anu's haq to know about his child. And what i can't digest is that both these promises where made in front of Durgamaa, whose special blessing is on them. And yet, both of them are not trying another way out with Durgamaa's help to face the kasautiis. Being a firm believer in God, seeing how writers are nullifying the divine power, is something i am finding it very difficult to tolerate. 😒

Coming to the bolded part of your post, that maybe EK's definition of soulmate and if it is, let's see how long KZK will run without AnuPre being together, especially with the poor writing, shabby editing and careless direction.

All good from my side grace. Thanks

Kzk2 is big time messed up. So I really don't care what story is about. Initially I tried to analyse but realised I am foolish to analyse. Ek n her gang wants to make it completely fictional and they will bring twist n turn at their own convenience even if it does not fit into story😂.

But parth n eri really made me watch them as they are really on fire on screen.

Bold - Completely agree on this part. Infact, i would say, i sometimes find it very difficult to distinguish whether it is AnuPre or Parica having the conversation. And till yesterday, whenever a lolipop scene was shown, i somehow could manage to convince myself as AnuPre. But now, eversince i have lost the connection with Prerna, i am hesitant to watch them together, as i fear of history repeating where i used to get confused with reel & real in our previous show. And since i don't want to get into shipping again, i am trying my best to find out something in the story so that i could keep watching KZK. And today an IF post by arshi_asya helped me in it. So now, i will continue watching it to know the backstory of Bajaj and how he will be justified in interfering in AnuPre's lives, with the hope that AnuPre will be the end game. 🤔

Grace

Thanks for replying and the welcome. I have no expectations from this show have not watched it just chanced upon the board couple of days ago and saw Eri name and started reading posts and update don’t know the background of the story but I am liking Erica acting in this show there is an innocence and vulnerability portrayed beautifully agreed she is not Sona but I don’t think she is meant to be that is my opinion.

Regarding mocking of things including divinity on this show having deep faith myself cannot digest it but unlike before am not emotionally invested on this show just loved to connect with all of you read your writings and write some

Take care
