I am surprised that one expects different kind of TV shows from Ekta especially in a reboot which will have the same basics. I mean these shows are her USPs & she is incapable of making a show without these cliches whether one likes it or not. She made Dil hi to hai which was different but ruined it at the last moment and then comes with a season 2 where her lead actress would solve every single problem to prove herself since all others are brainless, spineless & indecisive. That was beyong humiliating to reduce Palak to her quintessential TV soap lead.

In this case, Bajaj hasn't mistreated Prerna till now. His enemity is with Anu & Prerna is just a pawn for him to hurt Anu & Prerna is dumb enough to choose shortcut to save Anu by marrying Bajaj. As far as I remember, even in KZK1, Bajaj was shrewd, cunning, ruthless, cold-hearted, even obsessive to an extent but he was not abusive to Prerna, atleast he could take a stand for her when needed. There was a time when Prerna chose Bajaj over Anu on her own. He was a secure man unlike Anu. The basic character of Bajaj is still the same & I hope they don't ruin it like they ruined Komo by making her a psycopath from a evil greedy woman. Audience will thrash Bajaj as well if he is ruined just like iconic Komo was thrashed. But till then, Bajaj is a character this show needs for a change.

I started watching this show a week ago and a I agree, Prerna is in no way a strong female lead. Fans don't care about character development, they want shower romance, bed romance, window romance etc.. Online fans support dhaga wedding and give evidences to prove how Tukde-Tukde marriage is a legal Hindu marriage.

Why do we keep blaming TRP aunties? They obviously don't want to watch silly romance, they like drama, how do we know that they don't want a strong female lead when online fans can't think beyond their favorite pair? If female lead has a life, online fans won't like her, they want her to jump in fire and protect her love, they don't care about illogical screenplay and cinematography.

I have watched the previous season of KZK....Though I am not a fan of the show , thanks to its game of Ping pong , I mean Onurag- Prerna- Bajaj and their numerous kids. But I came here just to reply to one of the points mentioned "Bajaj is a side character"....Kasauti is not Kasauti without Komolika and Rishabh.

Note : I am not a fan of the show nor of the actors. Its just a neutral point of view.

Common yar you cant take this show so seriously when I already knew that this is the storyline..its the remake of kasautii that's it..lols,and nayi soch means new ideas not evolutinary ideas...ideas like remaking a new show nor bringing the old one in🤪..bas,thats all a television network like star can do when audiences cat appreciate something new...and I never saw anything so new in any of the shows...also I dint see anything fresh and new to.prenas character.too.

And relax ..bajaj is not here to stay and neither anu and prena..all.will.die eventually...

I love AnuPre but I am ok with their separation because that is what this show is about....two people who live for (and love) each other but cannot live with each other.

My problem is with this constant mockery of marriage, gods and rituals. The marriage Prerna fought for during Komo track in now invalid and as per the swiss tourism account and some bts ...she is now Mrs Bajaj. Daaga and sindoor have value or no value depending upon weekly trps.

I am watching an EK show after years and I now regret getting myself addicted to it ( thanks to PaRica and the nostalgia factor)😆 . If EK had made it clear that it was going to be a remake, I would have stayed away from it because I honestly have no interest in watching the same S1 shit all over again.....Prerna and the viewers confused forever on who was her true love

Mohini through her wanting to get anurag married to someone form the “right” family and bajaj through his blackmail of asking prerna to leave anurag - ARE BOTH HURTING PRERNA. He can drown her in comfort and treat her well in the years to come if he is capable of it but right now he is breaking her heart and taking her away form the person who is the most important in her lifedodnhia own selfish purpose. So right now Bajaj and Mohini are the villains of prerna life.
