Now that we, ksgians are a part of this show too, please can you all provide a proper synopsis of the show. 💕☺

Especially for people like me who hasn't watched a single episode of both KZK1 and KZK2? ☺

Hi Ankie😊 Welcome to the forum. No doubt ksg is a good actor but most of us are already attached to Parica, urf AnuPre. Since I was a huge fan of Bajaj in season 1, right now I am neutral and will support according to the future storyline. Since you asked for the story , here it is.

Anurag Basu belongs to a very rich family whereas Prerna is from lower-middle class strata. Her father works in basu publications. Prerna's father and Anurag's father are best friends and want their children to get married but both the kids are just friends. Slowly their friendship turns into love.

Anurag's mother, Mohini basu, is very egoistic and has lot of airs, and doesn't want her darling son to marry Prerna coz prerna is not rich .

Enter Komolika. The vamp of Kasauti , played by Hina khan.

Meanwhile Anurag proposes marraige to Prerna and they consummate. Prerna becomes pregnant. But she doesn't know yet.

Komolika is evil and gets obsessed with Anurag and tries to kill Anurag's father by doing his accident. In that accident, Anurag's father goes in comma, whereas Prerna's father dies.

Basu shares fall. Komolika tricks Anurag into marrying her . In order to save Prerna's house, his house and the company, he agrees to marry her.

The only thing I have issue with him is he didn't have the basic courtesy to talk to Prerna regarding this or even tell her that he is marrying someone. No closure at all, though his intentions have always been good.

Poor Prerna was dreaming that she is going to get married and when Anurag's sister came to give her wedding card and invite her for Anurag's marraige, that when she came to know .

Basically Anurag and komolika get married . But he refuses to put Sindoor in her maang as he had promised prerna that Rest all rasams were done. Prerna has an accident that day when Anu-komo married. She lands in hospital, there she comes to know she is pregnant.

She enters Basu house to take revenge. Also then it is revealed that Prerna is actually his first wife as they had gotten married in temple. No pheras. Just promises and dhaaga marraige which the family pandit said is considered marraige.

After lots of twist and turns, True face of Komolika is revealed and she is thrown out of house.

Anyway, by your words, even I feel Anurag should have at least spoken to Pre before marrying Komo. Kono got an advantage and being the vamp she must have used all her tricks. Glad that she is out.

And what is basically happening now? Current situation?

Anurag and Rishab bajaj, both were leads in Kasauti 1. Both loved Prerna. Prerna loved Anurag deeply but when he suspected her of carrying Bajaj's child, she was deeply hurt. Actually there were many ppl to seperate Anurag prerna. Someone planted false evidence because of which he suspected his own wife of cheating and divorced her.

But Bajaj always supported her and stood by her.( though he was also responsible for Anu-Pre separation )And after few years, she fell in love with Bajaj and married him. This was KZK1 story .Anurag is a selfless character whereas Bajaj is egoistic and obsessed with Prerna

Let's see what happens in Kasauti 2 because the story may not be completely same.

You are welcome humty dumpty. Honestly speaking I had hated Bajaj when he entered in KZK1 . He was obsessed about Prerna and had a huge hand in seperating AnuPre. But his character was so beautifully written and he changed completely into a positive person. Prerna's love for him turned him into a good person.

And No, bajaj won't make anupre. Prerna has always been Mrs. Bajaj in Kasauti 1. But thats 2001 story. let's see what happens this season.

Current storyline- Komolika dead. Her brother Ronit, thinks AnuPre killed her (which is not true) and he kidnaps Prerna. Anurag trying to rescue her.

Meanwhile a little girl (may be 5 year old) enters the show . She is Bajaj's daughter, sneha

Only difference in this season is anupre are married here.

Bajaj was introduced grey but had shades of negative character. He hwas involved in anupre sins kidnapping. Had extra marital affair and had a daughter too. He class cked prerna s pic with him in acompromsing position.

But was still loved because he was Ronit Roy

He was never involved in AnuPre son's kidnapping.

And second , he never had an extra marital affair. When he slept with Madhavi, he wasn't married to Prerna. And he wasn't even aware of the child.

I understand you are AnuPre fan, but Please check the episodes before giving wrong information about Bajaj

Sneha has given a very accurate description.... just adding a few bits so that you can get a fuller flavour for the show and some of the existing characters.

The show starts with anurag and prerna not being friends but just kids of two men who have been friends from their youth. They used to play together as children but lost touch (1) had very different personalities: (2) anurag has a mom who was very unwelcoming to the Sharmas (3) anurag went to London to study.

They are in the same university as know each other but as acquaintances. The become friends and then beat friends through the first storyline which revolves around a surrogate brother of Mohini. He wants prerna both as a fourth wife for himself but also to sell her in this prostitution ring he runs (which no one knows about). Mohini send eviction papers to the Sharmas form their house which prerna intercepts. She agrees to marry Naveen to save her family.

Anurag and are friends at this point and he realises thag she doesn’t want to marry Naveen. The whole track revolves around how he finds out the truth and rescues her. Through this process they becomes best friends but also fall in love. Naveen is exposed but Mohini gets away with her role in the whole episode.

Yes don’t give out false info....season 2 story will be diff so request you to watch it before forming any opinion.
