The one that I found super bad and irritating is how the crew did not celebrate Erica birthday. They celebrated shubaavi and also Parth because at that time everything was fine. But whatever happened, happened after that and so even though Erica brought that girl home to her family, they left her birthday uncelebrated. They even celebrate every crew members birthday and Erica joins in...... I felt quite bad for Erica actually.
