No I am not delighted tbh, I am in two minds, the show is quite bad and no one is acting well, I don’t know how much ksg can help the show, I hope he looks good in it, because the whole set up is a minus.

Reading reviews like these, I don't think I've watched such a bad show before. We will have to wait and watch to see how KSG fares. However, he can't help the show much if the script remains this bad.

There a lot of hopes.

The situation isn't like early 2001 or 2002. Fans are very loyal to a particular pairing. They quit if a potential third angle comes between them or if one of the main leads are changed, leave the show for reasons known to them.

The recent IB debacle is very much known to all. Not many shows are running full house where the leads are bumped off or if the pairing is changed.

It will be a milestone if Prerna get married to Bajaj ( if there is something like this). Ek can simply repeat her old tracks where RB takes pre under his care and she loves Anurag only. That is more acceptable to all.

I think media over did their speculative thinking and brought too many names in between.

When Harshad's name surfaced and KW gave his iv abt Mr.B that the time some confirmation came. Till then the potential candidate was like a tennis ball going back and forth.

I am more influenced by KSGs personal life so that impression remains. Then as an actor he can act.

Still wish if Balaji offers something good to Harshad. Fingers crossed.

Fanbases were loyal and strong in that era as well. I read that women once came on roads when a particular character was killed in Smriti Irani's show. Ekta had to resurrect the character. RB and PRB worked (over the previous lead couple) due to several factors. That's why TRPs sank when EK sent RB to comma and briefly reunited her favourite couple. 😆

If the character is shaped up well in this season too, the audience will openly embrace Mr Bajaj 2.0

The hopes and stakes are high!
