Feminism.also means understanding equality, along with that , everybody is "different " born and brought up differently, conditioned differently, physically different , emotionally different . So respecting the individuality , of both genders

Yes definitely.. There is also individualism which focuses more on understanding individual capacity irrelevant of their genre or group to which they belong to be it a male group or female group.. So there are so many movements and learnings with which we either align ourselves or identify ourselves as a person... So we can't underestimate any of these studies and reasons behind these movements..

True . Like smoking and drinking is taken as freedom.and equality issue with girls but do they know that it can harm them more than the men ? It can create more problems healthwise..our emotional side is wired differently than men, keeping unnecessary expectations is useless..

Every 'ism' has it's reason for the form.. It's only some misunderstood that and drive them as per their convenience...That doesn't mean that the intention behind the original movement itself is wrong.. Whatever rights in equality the women are experiencing now hasn't come that easy.. There were really good people who worked for it and the freedom of mind that we have today is the hardwork of many put together..
