I don't think the makers even remember the pregnancy anymore. Later, we will find out from Erica's IG story that prerna thought she was pregnant but it wasn't the truth. The doctor lied 😆

Today I am actually upset with Prerna. How can she lose trust in Anurag so easily ?
I know he has done a lot of stuff , but today she should have had some doubt , I am not asking her to go running in his arms but atleast some suspicion .
