Anurag can't fight against Komo directly it's clear everything of them is in Komo's hands, if he tried to go against her now only Pre is her target then entire Basu family will become her target and she may harm them. Anurag can't take that risk, ek sae badlae poora family hit list main aajayegii. He has to take rounds in saving people if he directly fights back.

And Anurag don't have anything strong against Komo to take police help too, what will he go and say that her ex warned him saying she is dangerous or it's her chaal to marry him. Police will say daffa hojaao. He needs to wait and get something strong against Komo to fight back that too secretly.
