Prerna - let me give you some advice

As a young woman I have very often had to be the agony aunt for my friends and needed and ago by aunt to give me some harsh truths that I was unwilling to accept.

Today prerna I would like to be your agony aunt.

Let go.

Let go of Anurag.

I know you have fallen in love with you. I know he made you feel like he was in also potentially falling in love with you. But he isnt. I know it's confusing because he keep treating you like you are more than a friend and touching you and pinning you against walls. But take him for the words coming out of his mouth - you are a friend - nothing more. Remember always what he told him mom on the phone right in front of you - he is helping ou because he doesn't like to see injustice take place.

You are a strong girl Prerna. You don't need him. You made one mistake already by trying to solve your family's problems through a third person. Don't make that mistake again. Take control of your life. Any help you take form Anurag - even the help he forces on you - will come at a big price. Can you see hag Mohini willhurt you again just the way she did with Naveen? Let her keep her precious son. You and your brother need to work together instead. Mooning over Anurag is causing you to miss your own home- Suman - who will work against you.

And finally take it from a friend who's been there and done that. If a guy is still confused about his previous girlfriend- he will hurt you. He even lied to you about her and her place in his life.i know the first blush of love has blinded you but don't be stupid.

So True! agree with every word of urs... I wish wish Pre can solve this problem by herself by keeping Anu at a distance.

I always wanted to see prerna as an independent girl who is managing her college degree & job at the same time until the whole navin babu track entered...after the navin babu track, i still wished for her to start afresh instead of expecting anurag to react back...like when he himself told her that she is merely just a friend then i don't know what is she still expecting...like stop relying on someone else every time, prerna !!

May b down the line she becomes the way we want her .as of now she is so broken..she can't think dat way..

I am sorry ...but your post is very similar to the unreasonable behaviour that Prerna display on the party night just becuase Anurag dint reciprocated her feelings 😆

Just because another party doesn't feel the same way you do , so you start cutting off all ties and run away ?? Why ??... Why not be there and face the unreciprocated love ?? Plus here there is not even straight forward rejection from Anurag heck ... Prerna has not even confessed to him . I feel you are unnecessarily holding Anurag on gunpoint here.

I felt Prerna showed great Maturity by accepting that Anurag doesn't feel the way she does for him , there I saw a great strength in her to accept reality .

I do have issue with her over dependence on Anurag , that she need to take care . She is entirety getting relied on him which is wrong . And yes for that she doesn't need to cut ties or run away ... she need to be more stronger and take control of situations.

Very often in life one person is into a friend and the friend doesn't reciprocate. If you keep hanging around together it is very difficult to get over this one sided love. And Anurag could not have made it clearer that it is one sided. Yes prerna has shown great maturity by immediately accepting it but what she now needs to do it move into thinking of him as a friend. She won't be able to do this as long as they are always together exactly as they used to be. This togetherness is what caused the confused feelings anyway. So some distance is being unreasonable or punishing Anurag. It is self preservation. She needs to take care of herself and her family and being in this concussed state willl only make her lose her perspective.
The anurags of the world - and they exist in real life as well- also need the distance to realise they have been giving mixed signals orthat they actually feel more than they realise.

Yes a strong prerna is needed.
