Some logic is rquired

If Sid's Bhai is lawyer then why dint he come to jail ..when anupre sidanji were dere after ladki bhagao incident..

This isn't logic , it's detail .
When you can't expect logic from a show , how to you've expect them to take care of such nitty gritties.
There have been many instances like this :- right from the Mumbai , Maharashtra flashing on the screen to Anurag now having backed up data on the phone .
So , this is comparatively a small thing .
Also , his brother can be a divorce lawyer and not a criminal lawyer .

The thing is , they all did get a lawyer ,
If Moloy Basu , such a top notch businessman , couldn't manage to get his son out with his contacts what difference would it make with another lawyer ?
