I am all for having as many Anurag Prerna moments as possible but two very filmy dances in a few days when she is engaged to someone else. Even in my very chilled out world, people would be sayin W*F! Just as I think the writers are getting it right, they give us a mish mash of an episode.
Both the dances were unnecessary for me.. the second one more so.. my issue is not with them dancing because she is engaged to someone else.. I don't give a damn for her engagement to naveen. It's the setting.. dancing a close dance with a guy on her engagement in front of everybody when u have been claiming u marrying put of ur own wish.. And then after a pooja.. had they been private moments or in college it was perfectly alright..
I would be very confused if I was prerna - any overture from her to Anurag is always on the right side of the line that divides friendship and love. Her actions are confused but not improper. Anurag entering her room at night, pushing and shoving her, doing pujas with her but then always saying there is nothing when she asks him.
I think the idea there was to show anurag is missing her and badly wants to see her immediately. They could have easily had him call her to meet somewhere and she sneaking out. Him climbing her balcony with a conveniently.placed ladder right below her balcony ( did anurag get that ladder too?) was ridiculous. Such scenes didn't even come out cute so i dknt know what the writers were thinking.
And finally this may be just me but I am NOT liking Anurag always saying that he is right and knows best to his small Dimaag Prerna. Enough with the manhandling her. Writers we like a hero who knows what he wants but there is a thin line between a confident man and an overconfident man. Please keep Anurag in the right side.
I do not mind him saying he is right currently because he IS right and prerna is so uncooperative and passive that it is bound to be frustrating. Hope it doesn't become a habit and annoying.
If they r developing anurag because they saw how audience liked him as the straightforward strong guy.. then they should remember that he was ASSERTIVE and NOT AGRESSIVE and that is precisely why most liked him because he was unlike every other aggressive ML of TV.. the damage is not done.. there Have Been Couple Of Instances Which Can Still Be Explained Away By my The Situation.. I Hope They Are Careful .
The Problem Is I Feel The Writers Are Desparate.. The Trps Are FallIng Every Week And They Are Probably Misguided Thinking If They Show Jealousy Scenes And Random Dances Then Shippers Will Be Happy. I Feel They Think Chalo Koi Jealousy Wala Scene Daaldo Then Think Of A Contrived Way To Arrive At That Scene. After PracticallyTelling Anurag She Is Marrying Naveen Out Of Some Majboori Why On Earth Will Prerna Say She Wrote A Love Letter To Navu.. Maula Kuch Bhi . . She Could Have Said It Was Something Personal Which She Didn't Want Shivani To Read And So She Started Teasing Prerna .. Kam se Kam Situations Toh Logical Likho . .
I Have Said This Before The Last Episode Where Anu Prerna Scenes Flowed Organically To Me And Where I Can Connected With Them As A Pair Was The Changing Room Episode. Their Behavior And Attitude Was A Natural Progression of The Previous Episode That Was The Adaan Pradaan Episode. Anu Knew Prerna Is Not Like That But Still Is Bothered About The Cheque So Asks Her Straight.. When She Says To Mind Your Own Business He Is Angry And Taunts Her.. Yet Cares For Her Too And Shows It.. That I Loved.. There Was No Aggressiveness.
For Me After This Episode It's Pretty Much Been Downhill.
