Right, there is something very pervert about Naveen, his eagerness to touch and claim ownership, his enjoyment of his power--it is vile. I dont know if I should say it but he reminds me of paedophiles.

As a woman it is very hard to watch because I guess we all have seen such people around us or have been warned about such criminal males, Our internal antenna goes up when we see such people.

Absolutely, but I will say God the two actors really have proved their acting skills because it takes a lot for a fictional characters to get to a human.

His double meaning dialogues, creepy stares, disgusting innunendos are still fine, that are how the villains are portrayed...

BUT THE TOUCHY TOUCHY STUFF ESPECIALLY HOW THEY DANCE TODAY was nothing but pukeworthy

I'm glad to see that many felt uncomfortable to watch their scenes and since I want remain calm hence Im not watching the show until this track is over. I can't tolerate their cringe worthy scenes and not to deny actors are doing great job at making their characters look bad, in case of Navin, a creep.

Being a woman, it makes it all the more hard and uncomfortable to watch those scenes. I was catching up on a couple of episodes and Naveen was there in all of them. His and Prerna's scenes make me cringe and I always felt like looking away. I had to keep looking so that I don't miss important reactions from Anurag lol.

But again, more than the script being regressive, I feel that's how Naveen is meant to be. We might not come across men like these but they do exist, only difference is they might not be so vocal like him. So this is all to make us hate Naveen so we could see how good Anurag is.

Well yeah I believe people like Navin do exist in all genders. Here he's lusting over Prerna as if she's his property but there should be a limit to the dialogue he is given. It makes atmosphere so uncomfortable. That you wish to just punch someone. Well hence I'm avoiding all their scenes until Komolika entry.
