Anurag threatened to kill bajaj-prerna and almost immediately achieved his target . then there was another attack on bajaj.
So bajaj-prerna want to find out what anurag is upto- is he really trying to kill them, so they are doing this plan to find out the truth.
But they are doing it to protect themselves, not to ruin anurag. Like prerna said in yesterday's episode "I knew anurag was responsible for that accident. I wanted to fight with him, but I kept quiet because reuniting with my husband and kids was more important than fighting with anurag."
that's the bottom line- for prerna-bajaj, anurag is not on the priority list. they just want to live happily with each other and with their kids.

i agree with arti.in! they are doing this to protect themselves and get to know ho is responsible for all this.........
