Speaking to us about the show, she says:" I used to love MTV Bakra because I am very naughty in real life so I went for the auditions and qualified for the show. I did not tell them that I am actress and all and they also did not recognize me. It was only after I won that episode that I told them I am actually an actress."

She adds, "It hardly matters whether you are a known face or not. I did not tell them before filming as I thought their lookout might change."

Nidhi has an identical twin sister Nishi and used to play lots of pranks during her childhood and school days. Sharing an interesting experience, she says, "Once she came on my sets when I was already there and was roaming outside. My co-stars thought that it was me so they asked her why she was still roaming there as her shot was ready and that she should get her make up done and all. But when I came after getting ready five minutes later everyone realized that it was in fact my sister Nishi and not me."

So would she like to play such a prank here in the show as well?" Sure why not. I would love to do that but the only problem is that she is working in Delhi and cannot spend much time with me. But I am going to call her and ask her about it. If she has the time and agrees to it, we will do it here as well."

Out of 33, 12 contestants have reached in semi finals and Nidhi is one of them.

In Kasauti, she is playing Mr Bajaj and Prerna's daughter and the current track revolves around her. She has come to know the truth about the guy she is seeing. She is very depressed and everyone in the family is trying their best to cheer her up.
