Tell us about your daily diet.
Breakfast is eggs and toast or paranthas with a glass of fruit milkshake. Lunch is the usual dal sabzi, rice or roti, Dinner is the same.
What's your excercise rountine?
I hit the gym thrice a week.
Whats's your favourite food?
Thai and Italian.
Is there any thing you binge on?
Anything sweet. Chocolates are my favourite.
What do you do if you have to lose or put on weight in a hurry?
Eat a lot of i have to put on and diet if I need to lose quickly.
How many times have you failed to stick to a diet?
If i set out to do something, I really follow it.
What is your idea of health?
Eat well, sleep well and avoid stress at all cost.
