i think it could be the lady who was trying to prove pratham/anurag as his husband with a different identity. coz then there was the mole on bajaj's feet thing too. it seems she has returned to take some kind of revenge as prerna kinda snatched anu away from him. seems more related to the events taking place. komo would be like out of the blue..her ideas , her personality everyting has changed for good. so i dont think it cud be her. wat do u say?
