lol, i think that prerna saw anu in soo much pain, and she couldn't bear anurags pain any longer...so she told.

she was concerned abt anurag becoz she is feeling guilty towards him, that's all. and she feels grateful to anu becoz he has helped to reunite her with bajaj.
that way, that day she was telling komolika that she owes her happiness to her (becoz komo spotted bajaj n told everyone). does that mean prerna love komolika as well?
and abt telling everything to rish, then she has been trying to do that since a long time. she has been forcibly stopped by anu in d past. this time he didnt stop her so she told rish. she always wanted to tell him everything- even before this anu jail thing happened.

Prerna definitely LOVEs Anurag alot from deep inside her heart but she's just cant admit it... otherwise she wouldn't have gone that mad to throw that pooja ki thaali and run after Anurag!! she even didnt care about Mr Bajaj and said to Anurag that you should have told the truth at least you wouldnt have to suffer that pain....

Oh i just wish, that Mr. Bajaj is fake and Prerna and Anu get the chance of being together.... bringing Bajaj back was the biggest mistake of ekta maiyya no wonder why kasauti is no where in the TRPs!!!
