I think Kasak could be alive because as far as I remember they show Kasak dead in hospital but they do not show her dead body after that.

Maybe Kasak was pertending that she died so Shravan could het hurt and maybe she told the doctor to tell that they could only save mother or child.

it's ekta's show anything is possible so I just thought this maybe true/

well they did show 2 bodies burning.. but they didn't show much bout her though.. but if it was her then prerna wouldn't say 'Aap'.. she would probably say tum.. i think it's anurag's mother b/c nobody knows where she went and anurag mentions that his mother ran away from the hospital or something but prerna probably couldn't see her in the mental hospital so she had her come live w/ her but she didn't want nebody to know b/c everybody wanted her in the mental hospital.. well this is just theory.. i could be wrong..

coz prerna refered the woman as "Aap"

I agree it can't be kasak cos Prerna would not call her "aap", it is definitely someone older than Prerna and it can't be a duplicate cos then why would she refer to her as aap? it's got to be mohini-we'll just have to wait and see.
