I dnt think it is Anu's sis because what could be the reason for hiding her from the rest of the world? It is someone who is mentally unwell hence the Dr 's involvement and also the woman looks mad! On this note I just wanted to add the fact that the woman's hair looks awful (like it hasn't been combed since a long time) but nevertheless her eyebrows have been recently shaped!!!

lol me n ma sister were thinkin mayb its kasak but she was cremated so it cnt b her .. then we thort mayb rakhi, but then prerna wud hv found out about sam bein evil, n i dnt think she knows that sams evil, unless shes using the tactic 'keep ur friends close but your enemies closer'..

she lukd like prerna!!!...but its obv not her 😛

Coz in 2day's episode prerna addressed her "aap".
Prerna ithni respect se rahki or kasak ko nahi bulayegi...na.
