Why is he soo pink?

ok.. i dont want to be rude.. but i have a question.. why is Peon Mittal SOOOOO pink?

i think that since he got back he have been soo pink and it does not help that he keeps on wearing pink shirts either!!!

my sister think that it is because he had an operation? is there another reason?
