Actually this what happened, tushar behaved badly with prem in last week episodes, he tried to show prem down and for that watever project prem was getting, he created problems in it, and then prem waspissed by that as no one supported him, everyone misunderstood him (this thing happens in the absence of anu) now prem is back to ud, he is pissed, still he had some feelings...but then tansiha lost their child in a car accident, and it was done by prem (it was not his mistake, it just happened accidentally) he then also dived to save tanisha and shravan..but tanisha kept on blaming him that he did it knowingly..and his intentions were to take a badla..well its not like that..

now prem has become a ganda ud!! he is flirting, he has become a typical ud who always used to party..now he is no more a sweet prem 😭

Hahaha i can understand u r not watching kasauti na!! its very confusing, i m happy cez is walking out form kasauti but sadly nothing is confirmed about his new shows, seems like he will be taking a week or a month break after kasauti :(
