If you have the vdieo stored in your computer then go to you can go to youtube website & click on videos option & then browse & put the link of the file you want to upload there form your computer & then click on upload button.When the uploading is done you will get a link which you can copy & paste it here.When you open that link you will be able to watch the video you have uploaded.

There are other sites to like youshare & badongo where you can upload the videos the procedure remains the same.

u can use youtube,putfile,badongo or zippyvideos 2 upload ur vid
