Well may be that locket was given to Vishakha by this guy and she is uncomfortable around this guy because her elder sis, Vish was involved with him. She is scared of him, i guess because of the way he treated her sis, and so she is on guard yaar.
Sneha is not involved with him. but i think that Prem and Sneha are Vishakha and Aditya's kids.
May be Prerna had a miscarriage during Sneha's time and Vish had this secret going around, which she shared with prerna, Prerna might have been devastated with the loss of her child and what Vish is going through, so she chose to take her as her daughter. Then during Prem's time also Prerna and Vish came to the haveli...which is why she recognized the fragrance and this Aditya knows so much about Prerna.
I don't know...so basically Kasak is the aunt of Sneha and Prem. hehehea, and Prerna and Rish are the grandparent!!😆
